Eric Meyer

Eric has been building companies since 1989 when he co-founded an IT company in the education market. Over the next 20 years, Eric built and sold multiple businesses in tech which led to the formation of a business advisory and acquisition practice, The Paradigm Group. Eric currently owns 3 businesses including a multi-store Rocky Mountain Wireless/AT&T franchise, consulting group and Destination Coffees.

ColdFire Coffee Roaster is big-batch roaster with facilities in Florida and Texas. ColdFire has significant production capability with state of art equipment and over 100 combined years of commercial coffee production. ColdFire's early roots stem from the Canadian coffee giant Mother Parkers. Utilizing premium sourced coffee beans along with expert blending and award-winning roasting, ColdFire finished goods capability includes foodservice fraction packs, foodservice urns, retail bags (multiple sizes), Filter pack coffee, k cups, and fully compostable pods.

Over 60 million unit capacity of k-cups and with small batch roasting care, and can service food service or retail business of multi-million pounds of coffee.
